Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. No loud music is allowed at any time. A $500 charge will apply for breaking any house rule. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, or illegal substances are prohibited on the property; smoking is allowed outside only. No additional unregistered guests are allowed. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $500 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $300. For any undisclosed pet, a $500 charge will apply.
