The bedroom offers a new queen memory foam bed, a spacious closet, and a cozy sitting area. The full bathroom includes a shower and tub combo, stocked with white towels, shower essentials, a blow dryer, and a first aid kit. The apartment includes one reserved off-street parking spot. If you're bringing more than one vehicle, there is additional free street parking in front of the property. The apartment is perfectly located to walk to many of St. Augustine's attractions, shops, and restaurants. Experience flavorful dining, art, and culture with an abundance of entertainment right on your doorstep. From the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument to the Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum, there is something for everyone just a few minutes away. The apartment is in the heart of Uptown St. Augustine, a short walk from boutique shops, art galleries, antique stores, and local eateries. Head south along San Marco Ave for innovative food and drink options, cool indie shops, and the downtown Historic District, a 20-minute walk away. Explore neighborhoods listed on the National Register of Historic Places or take a trolley or bike to soak up the city. Quiet hours are enforced between 10pm and 8am per St. Johns County ordinance. The primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay, and no parties are allowed. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera at the front door. No pets are allowed on the property at any time, and no smoking or vaping is allowed, including on the front porch. Late check-outs and early check-ins are subject to additional fees, and guests who stay past checkout time will be charged $50 per hour. The home is not child-proofed, so parents with younger children use the home at their own risk. For those traveling for work, the apartment offers a perfect work station with abundant natural lighting from large windows, making it a bright and cheery space.
