Each of the three bedrooms offers ultimate privacy with en-suite bathrooms. For added comfort, a queen-size sleeper sofa is available in the living room, along with all necessary sleeping amenities. The third floor offers seamless indoor and outdoor seating areas with breathtaking valley views. The pool can be heated for a $100 fee per day, and the hot tub is available upon request. Two pets are allowed with prior approval and a $100 fee per pet per stay. Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and an associated fee. Units 6 and 7 each have one covered parking spot, while all other parking operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Nestled in the scenic Hill Country, Spicewood, Texas, offers a landscape adorned with rolling hills, vineyards, and the peaceful Pedernales River. Las Luces Village is just 2 miles from Luck, TX, an old western town in Willie Nelson's backyard, perfect for a delightful evening with musicians, chefs, and artisans. Nearby wedding venues make this villa an ideal location for bridal parties, merging natural beauty with captivating attractions. Smoking is not allowed on the premises, and fees may apply for violations. Unauthorized events or parties are not permitted, and quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. The pool, grill, and firepit are unavailable during quiet hours. Igniting a fire during a burn ban will incur a $500 fine and the cost of any damages. Pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool, with a $500 fine for violations. Please maintain cleanliness and courtesy in shared spaces. Cameras are present throughout the complex for safety, and tampering with them will result in fines. A $50 replacement fee applies if keys are not returned to the lockbox. The property is in a rural area, so wildlife encounters are possible, and services may differ from urban settings. Keep doors and windows closed to prevent insects from entering.
