For added comfort and flexibility, there is a twin daybed in the 3rd-floor loft and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, complete with all the necessary sleeping amenities. On the 2nd floor, enjoy a smooth transition between indoor and outdoor spaces with versatile seating arrangements. Units 1-4 each come with a garage parking spot and a plug compatible with an EV charger. The pool can be heated with a $100 fee per day, and early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee. Two pets are allowed with prior approval and a $100 fee per pet per stay. If you rent multiple units, an additional fee will be added to the other units should the pet(s) enter them as well. With nearby wedding venues, this collection of luxury villas becomes an ideal location for bridal parties, seamlessly blending natural beauty with inviting attractions for a delightful experience. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 7 am. The pool, grill, and firepit are unavailable for use during the listed quiet hours. Before starting any fires, please verify that there is no burn ban in effect in Burnet County. Igniting a fire during a burn ban will incur a $500 fine and the cost of any damages. For health, safety, and maintenance reasons, pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool, and a $500 fine will be charged if this rule is violated. There are cameras throughout the complex, and there will be fines if you tamper with them. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. Smoking is not allowed in the premises, and fees may apply. Unauthorized events or parties are not allowed. If you ignite a fire during a burn ban, you will incur a $500 fine and the cost of any damages. Please note that the pool heater may struggle to maintain temperature if it's below 45°F. If the temperature drops below 35°F, we will be unable to turn the heater on, as it cannot function effectively at that level. To ensure a smooth check-in experience, you'll be asked to review and sign the house rules and partner terms & conditions via the Guest App Link sent in your reservation confirmation.
