On the 2nd floor, a seamless transition awaits with indoor and outdoor seating areas, complemented by a stunning valley view. Units 1-4 each come with a garage parking spot and a plug compatible with an EV charger. All other parking operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee. Two pets are allowed with prior approval and a $100 fee per pet per stay. If you rent multiple units, an additional fee will be added to the other units should the pet(s) enter them as well. The pool can be heated with a $100 fee per day. Please let our team know 24 hours before you would like the pool to be heated. Additionally, with nearby wedding venues, this collection of luxury villas becomes an ideal location for bridal parties, seamlessly blending natural beauty with inviting attractions for a delightful experience. The Pole Barn at The Vineyard (Event space) is 0.5 mile away, Swordstone Disc Golf Club is 0.2 mile away, Epic Cellars (Event space) is 0.6 mile away, El Gaucho Winery is 0.9 mile away, Pedernales Golf Course is 3.6 miles away, 123 Boat Rentals is 4 miles away, The Lighthouse Restaurant & Lounge is 4.2 miles away and Rough Hollow Sports Complex is 9 miles away. Smoking is not allowed in the premises, and fees may apply. Unauthorized events or parties are not allowed. A period of quiet hours spans from 10 pm to 7 am. The pool, grill, and firepit are unavailable for use during the listed quiet hours. If you ignite a fire during a burn ban, you will incur a $500 fine and the cost of any damages. For health, safety, and maintenance reasons, pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool, and a $500 fine will be charged if this rule is violated. There are cameras throughout the complex for your safety, and there will be fines if you tamper with them. Additional fees may be incurred if personal items are left behind. This is a rural property out in the Texas Hill Country, where it's common to encounter wildlife such as birds, reptiles, deer, and other local fauna. Rural areas like ours may have limited or different services compared to urban settings, including cell phone and delivery services. Texas is known for its bug inhabitants.
