Units 6 & 7 each have 1 covered parking spot, and all other parking operates on a first-come, first-served basis. The primary guest must be 21 years old and present for the entirety of the reservation. Unauthorized events or parties are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am, during which the pool, grill, and firepit are unavailable for use. Before starting any fires, verify that there is no burn ban in effect in Burnet County, as igniting a fire during a burn ban will incur a $500 fine and the cost of any damages. There are cameras throughout the complex, and tampering with them will result in fines. Pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool, and a $500 fine will be charged if this rule is violated. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. Smoking is not allowed in the premises, and fees may apply.
