Units 1-4 each come with a garage parking spot and a plug compatible with an EV charger. The pool can be heated with a $100 fee per day, and the hot tub will take about an hour to heat up. Two pets are allowed with prior approval and a $100 fee per pet per stay. If you rent multiple units, an additional fee will be added to the other units should the pet(s) enter them as well. Nestled in the scenic Hill Country, Spicewood, Texas, offers a landscape adorned with rolling hills, vineyards, and the peaceful Pedernales River. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. The pool, grill, and firepit are unavailable for use during quiet hours. Before starting any fires, verify that there is no burn ban in effect in Burnet County, as igniting a fire during a burn ban will incur a $500 fine and the cost of any damages. For health, safety, and maintenance reasons, pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool, and a $500 fine will be charged if this rule is violated. There are cameras throughout the complex, and there will be fines if you tamper with them. Smoking is not allowed in the premises, and fees may apply. Unauthorized events or parties are not allowed.
