The second floor boasts an open loft bedroom with a luxurious king-size bed, a twin day bed with a trundle, and an attached second full bathroom. The backyard is fully fenced and includes a putting green and a dining set under a romantic pergola. This home is pet-friendly for one dog under 50 lbs, with a $100 non-refundable pet fee. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by the pet during their stay. Additional charges will apply if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of ($50 per pile). The heart of downtown Saint Augustine is just a quick car ride away. The best way to get around St. Augustine is with your own car or a rental, with free parking space for two cars included with your stay. Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi. The Old Town Trolley Tours offer a fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off trolley service that makes 23 stops at or near popular destinations and departs every 15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., with complimentary admission to the St. Augustine History Museum.
