No loud noise, parties, or events that disturb neighbors are allowed. The maximum capacity of the house is 10 people, and no unregistered guests are allowed overnight, with a $50 charge per additional guest per night. The property is equipped with cameras outside for added security. Guests must include all individuals, including children and infants, in the booking and provide their full names and ages.
