Travelers must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation. A State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking. Some of the mountain roads can be steep and winding, so drive cautiously, especially if it’s your first time in the area. There is a no-smoking policy in the cabin, and any violation will incur a $500 fine plus cleaning costs. No parties are allowed, and violators will be charged a $200 to $500 fine. Pets are not allowed, and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine, as per the Condo Association rules. [SI]
