It features a beautiful kitchen with dual coffee pot (Keurig and Standard), living room, dining area, TV, wireless Internet, and 1 car garage. A temporary club membership can be arranged for $200 a day, giving you access to the Beach Club's two community pools and Beach Club oceanfront dining. These costs do not cover individual amenity fees. The maximum number of cars allowed for this property is 2 and 1 golf cart. The DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges each vehicle a $20 fee to enter the community. Guest gate passes must be displayed visibly at all times. Available services include beach chair, beach umbrella, bicycle, and kayak rentals. Grocery delivery and in-home chef services can be arranged, and a qualified babysitter can be set up for you. DeBordieu Colony is a very private oceanfront gated community located near Pawleys Island, South Carolina, on the coast between Charleston and Myrtle Beach. For a fee, most homes and villas offer onsite private DeBordieu Club amenities such as golf, tennis, and multiple dining options to guests. Our natural amenities include miles of beach and tidal creeks, an on-site nature preserve with walking trails and bike paths, and a delightful year-round climate. DeBordieu is more than a vacation destination; it is also home to a small number of fortunate folks that enjoy the finest Low Country Lifestyle as either permanent residents or second homeowners. Come visit DeBordieu for a few days or a week, and you may decide to stay forever. This home is equipped with three exterior security cameras for safety and security purposes. No smoking and no pets are allowed on the premises. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian to book this property. The maximum number of cars allowed is 2, and 1 golf cart. The speed limit is 25 miles per hour, and no street parking is allowed from 11 PM to 7 AM. Restricted vehicles include RVs, motorcycles, motorbikes, jet skis, and gas-powered golf carts. Summer check-in day is Saturday. Our properties are cleaned and sanitized by professionally trained and equipped housekeeper employees to provide greater security, quality, and accountability.
