Beach gear rentals are available through a partner, with guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights receiving a credit of $35 a day to use towards rentals such as bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach carts. For a fee, most homes and villas offer on-site private DeBordieu Club amenities such as golf, tennis, and multiple dining options. Every guest has the opportunity to rent beach chairs, beach umbrellas, bicycles, and kayaks. Grocery delivery and in-home chef services can also be arranged, as well as a qualified babysitter. The villa is an hour from Charleston and 45 minutes from Myrtle Beach. The maximum number of vehicles allowed for this property is two cars and one golf cart. The DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges each vehicle a $20 fee to enter the community, and guest gate passes must be displayed visibly at all times. The speed limit is 25 miles per hour. RVs, motorcycles, motorbikes, jet skis, and gas-powered golf carts are not permitted in DeBordieu Colony. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian to book this property. Smoking is prohibited on the premises. This home is equipped with three exterior security cameras: one at the front door facing the driveway, one at the back door monitoring the backyard, and one above the garage. These cameras do not capture any interior spaces. If the property is not vacated by 10:00 AM and the housekeeping staff has arrived, a $100 holdover fee will be charged to the guest, with additional holdover fees charged every hour until departure.
