Just minutes from Disney and other top attractions, this home is the perfect base for an unforgettable vacation. The chic décor and inviting design impress from the moment you enter. The spacious living room flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, ideal for gathering, cooking, and sharing meals. Step outside to your private, heatable pool for sunny afternoons or relaxing evenings. Unique themed bedrooms spark imagination and delight, featuring a Frozen room with magical details, a colorful Mickey room, and a Star Wars room that feels out of this galaxy. For your convenience, the home includes in-unit laundry, free WiFi, parking, and a starter welcome kit with essential kitchen and bathroom items. Pool heating and BBQ grill rental are available as optional services. Pool heating is available upon 24 hours advance request for an additional fee of $35 plus tax per day with a minimum of 3 consecutive days. A $35 fee plus tax is required for the usage of the grill. Pets are welcome in units of 6-9 bedrooms with an additional cleaning fee of $300 for one pet plus tax per stay or $200 per pet for two pets or more. Unauthorized pets incur a non-refundable penalty fee of $500 plus tax per stay. Smoking is prohibited in the house or patio/pool area with a non-refundable fee of $250 plus tax for any signs of smoking. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request and subject to availability. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The property is self-catering, and guests should bring or buy necessary items beyond the complimentary starter kit. Guests are responsible for emptying trash bins and disposing of garbage appropriately. A fee of $100 plus tax is charged for excessive trash left in the house or overflowing bins. The home is equipped with a central HVAC system, and guests should not set the temperature lower than 70ºF or above 78ºF. Unauthorized additional guests will incur a penalty of 50% of the total night rate of the reservation plus tax. The property is 100% smoke-free, and any signs of smoking will result in a $250 fee plus tax. Pets are not allowed inside the pool at any time.
