Feel at home in this quaint 3-bedroom home, Sweet 'N Salty, tucked away in the Emerald Shores gated community in Miramar Beach. This home can accommodate up to 12 guests. The living area welcomes you with two sofas, a TV with standard cable, and a queen-size pull-out Murphy bed. The open-concept kitchen and dining area feature a table that comfortably seats six, with additional seating at the breakfast bar. The kitchen boasts quartz countertops and a margarita machine, and is equipped with full appliances, dishes, bake ware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, crockpot, blender, a traditional coffee maker, and a Keurig. A high chair, pack and play, kids cutlery, cups, and plastic dishes are available for tiny travelers. The master suite includes a comfortable king-size bed and TV, with an en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in closet, his and her sinks, a separate toilet room, a jacuzzi tub, and a standalone shower. The bunk room features triple stacked twin bunk beds. The final bedroom is another spacious king-size room with custom-painted shabby chic furniture, a TV, and closet space. This room offers an attached full Jack & Jill bathroom with a shower and tub combo that also opens up to the hallway for access. A full-sized washer and dryer are available for guest use. Enjoy access to two community pools, with the central one being seasonally heated, and play your heart out on the basketball, pickleball, tennis, and shuffleboard courts. The community offers two access points, one from Highway 98 and one from Scenic Highway 98. A propane and charcoal grill are included on the back patio. Up to two pets are welcome with a $200 non-refundable pet fee. If you choose to use the gated beach access available for the community, there is an entry fee for wristbands of $30 (one-time fee, for your entire group for your whole stay) to be paid (Credit/Debit Card ONLY) to the beach attendant. Located in the Emerald Shores gated community in Miramar Beach, this home is steps away from basketball and pickleball/tennis courts, and one of the community pools. A short walk will take you to the second seasonally heated community pool. The private gated beach access is located at the entrance of the neighborhood on Scenic 98, complete with pavilions and close access to Kenny D's beach bar & grill. During busy times it can be easier to take an Uber, Lyft, or taxi to avoid dealing with traffic and parking. The town is fairly easy to navigate, as most everything to do is directly off the main road. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. There is absolutely no street parking at any time and a maximum of 2 vehicles are allowed in the driveway only. There is no additional parking available. No campers, trailers, RVs, boats, or watercraft parking are allowed at any time due to HOA restrictions. Trash days are Tuesday and Saturday. You must bag your trash, as they will not pick up unbagged trash. A $150 fine is issued to guests in violation of non-bagged trash. There is no smoking permitted on the property at any time. Residential noise ordinance is 10:00 PM. A built-in dog crate is available for your furry guests. If your pet is left unattended in the home, it must be crated. It is 100% necessary to have your pet leashed and cleaned up after at all times outside of the home. Pets are not allowed in the pool areas of the community at any time. An additional $50 fee may apply for excess cleanup after pets. [SI]
