The first floor of each main home includes two bedrooms with king-size beds, each with an en-suite full bathroom, and one with private entry to the pool deck. The second floor of each main home features two additional bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with two twin beds, a full bathroom, and an open loft area with a twin daybed and twin trundle. The garage apartments are spacious studios with a king-size bed, couch, and smart TV, a full kitchen with a drip coffee maker and basic cooking utensils, and a small attached bedroom with a full bed and twin trundle. The garages themselves are designed as ultimate game rooms that open up to the pool deck. Pool heat is available for $30 per day, with terms and conditions to inquire about. Guests have private access to both full homes, apartment studios, garage game rooms, and two pools that open up to each other. A gas grill is also available. Situated in the heart of St. Augustine, this compound is just steps from downtown and directly across from Francis Field, providing easy access to all of the city's top events and attractions. Enjoy the convenience of a highly walkable neighborhood with a prime location for exploring. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $100 per hour. Any evidence of smoking found on the property will result in an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited. Underage drinking is not allowed. Do not flush foreign objects down the toilet, only toilet paper. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage caused by themselves or guests during their stay. While children are allowed, the home is not child-proofed, and parents with younger children use the home at their own risk. Guests are required to follow the house rules posted in the house during their stay or risk being removed from the property. Checkout procedures must be completed as written.
