Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Room #5 will be opened for groups of 12+ guests. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. The spa heating element and jets are inoperable. There is a noise alert device installed in the home to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
