The main level features an 8-player poker table and a magnetic game table with chess and tic tac toe. The living room is modern and inviting with plenty of seating, a large TV, and an NBA Jam arcade machine. Adjacent to the living room, the dining area features a table that seats 8 and extends up to 10. The garage has been set up as a dedicated recovery space with a dry sauna. There are TVs in 3 bedrooms. Up to 2 dogs are welcome for a flat fee of $125. Requests for a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and an additional $100 fee. Whether you’re visiting for an OSU weekend, a downtown Columbus trip, or a group getaway, this home delivers style, space, entertainment, and an unbeatable location in one memorable stay. Absolutely no parties are allowed. This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund. Any cleanup related to a party or "gathering" no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused. Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints. No smoking is allowed inside the house, and there is a $500 fine for violation. Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. No cats are allowed. The third-floor primary suite includes a dedicated office set-up. [SI]
