The main level has two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, sharing a full bathroom accessible from the hallway. Upstairs, the third bedroom and loft bedroom each have multiple beds. The third bedroom is a twin over full. The condo is equipped with four HDTVs, a washer and dryer, and a gas fireplace. Enjoy the covered balcony with nice mountain views. The development offers access to hot tubs and a pool (open in the summer), along with BBQ areas and a playground. Whistler Park, located down the street, features a large playground, fields, and charcoal grills. Located at the corner of Walton Creek Road and Whistler Road, this development is conveniently situated near the free city bus stop, which picks up every 10 minutes, making it easy to get around town without a car. The condo is also close to the intersection of Walton Creek Road and Village Drive, allowing for a walkable distance to Gondola Square, especially for those renting skis with free overnight storage. The Yampa River and its trails, including the Burgess Creek Trail and Yampa River Core Trail, are also nearby, offering pleasant walking, strolling, jogging, or biking opportunities into Downtown Steamboat. This is a non-smoking property, and any violation of this policy is cause for immediate eviction without refund. No parties or gatherings are allowed unless written approval has been provided prior to booking. Occupancy by more guests than declared in the reservation is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate eviction without refund. Noise monitoring devices and security cameras exist on the exterior of the property to ensure security and guest honesty about property use. A "High Occupancy Fee" of $10 per person per night applies for each guest over the standard occupancy of 6 people. Primary renters must be at least 30 years old, and groups with adults younger than 30 must inquire for approval.
