A paid parking space is available at the property for $62.10 with tax per vehicle per week, with a maximum of 2 vehicles. This property has access to a dock with first come first served slip access. Guests wishing to bring a boat must register with the association in advance as space is very limited. Parking for trailers and access to the boat ramp is a paid service. The cost is $50/day or $300/week plus a $50 transaction fee. Boat launch and boat slips are available on-site by request, charges may apply. Spend the day at the beach and then walk across to fish or boat at Ole River. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict "No Pets" policy, which applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. The traveler must be at least 22 years of age or older to make a reservation, and a state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking.
