The area boasts a laid-back beach atmosphere and walkable streets with great local restaurants, coffee shops, surf stores, and boutiques within a short drive or bike ride. You're also close to the Jacksonville Beach Pier, beachfront parks and walking paths, and grocery stores. Smoking of any kind is prohibited, with a $200 fine for violations. Unauthorized parties are not allowed and will result in additional charges and immediate eviction. Quiet hours are observed from 10pm to 7am. Early arrivals and late check-outs may be available for an additional fee of $100 for 1-2 hours or $200 for 2-3 hours, but are not guaranteed due to tight cleaning schedules.
