This apartment is located in a city/urban setting, and there is potential for residual noise from different areas of the building. The DART Train Station is directly next to the building and may cause overnight turbulence, occasional horns, and noise. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis; no cats are allowed. Undisclosed pets will result in a $500 fee. We welcome well-behaved pets with a fee of $50 per pet for reservations of 1–6 nights, $100 per pet for reservations of 7–21 nights, and $175 per pet for long-term reservations of 21+ nights, with a maximum pet fee of $175 per pet per month.
