The modern kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig with free pods, a gas stove and oven, microwave, toaster, blender, and all necessary cookware and utensils. The master bedroom offers a queen bed and mounted TV, while the guest room includes a twin trundle with two twin beds. A queen air mattress is available upon request. Enjoy the stylish full bath with free shampoo, towels, and hair dryer, as well as a free washer and dryer. Free Wi-Fi and parking are available. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed, with a pet fee of $200 per stay for the first pet and $100 for the second. No pets over 50lbs are allowed. For gatherings, a maximum of 4 cars is allowed, and you cannot block in the neighbors. An extra $150 cleaning fee and a $50 amenity set-up fee apply for small events. For more people beyond 12, an additional $30 per person is charged, with a maximum of 20 people allowed. Situated in a residential neighborhood, you'll want a car or to use Uber or Lyft if you'd like to explore downtown or visit the beach. No parties or large gatherings are allowed. Quiet hours apply, and no gatherings or music are allowed on the front porch. Smoking is prohibited inside or anywhere on the property, with a $250 penalty for any evidence of smoking. In case of a lockout, a fee of $125 applies, or $200 if outside regular business hours. Early check-in requests incur a $30 per hour fee, while unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes. Please keep the thermostat set to 'AUTO' mode and do not set the temperature lower than 71°F to prevent system issues. Weekday daytime noise is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations. Security cameras are located on the front doorbell and backyard view of the BBQ grill and mini-golf, monitoring the exterior only. A $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs apply if personal items are left behind and requested for return. The private office includes a printer and supplies, and high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home.
