If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. For units that permit pets, an additional cleaning fee of $20 per night is required. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. If a lockbox is provided, it must be kept locked at all times. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check out fee. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a fee of $80 for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements.
