The fourth and fifth bedrooms are opened for groups of 8+ and 10+ guests respectively. The pool and hot tub are professionally serviced, and the pool is not heated. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited, with a $500 fine for violations. Only registered guests are permitted during your stay, and any violation of house rules can result in cancellation of the reservation with no refund. Self-check-in is available, and check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. onwards, with check-out at 10 a.m. max.
