The media room is thoughtfully curated for cinematic enjoyment with plush seating and premium audiovisual equipment, located on the first floor next to the pool. The kitchen is fully loaded with pots, pans, silverware, kitchen utensils, plates, and much more, perfect for preparing meals with a large dining table, kitchen bar area, and breakfast nook. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, washer/dryer, and toddler accessories. This pet-friendly home allows house-trained pets for a $150 per pet per stay fee. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a fee of $39 per guest per night starting from the seventh guest. The fourth and fifth bedrooms will be opened for groups of 8+ and 10+ guests respectively. All smart TVs come with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. The pool and hot tub are professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. The pool is not heated, and the pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate. Nestled in a lovely neighborhood surrounded by many activities, this home is conveniently located 20 miles from DFW Airport, 25 miles to downtown Dallas, and 10 miles from the AT&T Stadium. Grand Prairie offers plenty to see and do, with parks and lakes nearby. Lynn Creek Park features boat ramps, picnic areas, beach areas, and volleyball courts. Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark is located 9 miles away, and Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum is 14 miles away in neighboring Grand Prairie. The famous Six Flags Over Texas is 10 miles away, providing no shortage of fun activities to fill your days. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited, with a violation incurring a $500 fine. Smoking is allowed outdoors, and all cigarette butts must be properly disposed of. The property has security cameras installed at the front door and in front of the garage, recording 24/7, with no cameras inside the house to respect your privacy. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Check-in time is from 4:00 PM onwards, and check-out time is at 10:00 AM. Unregistered guests are not allowed, and street parking is strictly forbidden. Garbage is picked up on certain days, and guests will be informed the night before to leave the trash out for collection. Stained sheets or towels must be paid for to replace them.
