The first floor greets you with an expansive open-concept living space filled with natural light. The modern kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and everything you need to prepare gourmet meals. The dining area flows seamlessly into the living room, which boasts a 70-inch TV, comfortable seating, and large windows that invite the outdoors in. Step outside to the private pool deck, where you’ll find a pool, loungers for sunbathing, and a propane grill for al fresco dining. This floor also features a spacious king bedroom with a TV, ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and easy access to the main living areas—perfect for guests who prefer fewer stairs. The second floor offers an oasis of relaxation and comfort with an ocean-view balcony. The second-floor master suite features a king bed, TV, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms—one with two queen beds and another with two double beds—share a Jack & Jill bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
