There is another rental downstairs directly below the kitchen and laundry area, so please be respectful about the noise levels. Indoor smoking/vaping is allowed in the garden for a charge of $150. No outside shoes are allowed inside the house. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. Reasonable penalties may apply for rule violations regarding pets, such as failure to clean up after your pet, damage to furniture/rugs, or noise disturbances affecting neighbors. Pets must be fully housebroken, kept away from the kitchen and balcony areas, and always cleaned up after, both inside and outside the property. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds and should not be left unsupervised; if you need to leave your dog indoors, please crate them and keep them on the 3rd floor. If your pet sheds excessively, please vacuum to avoid an additional cleaning fee. Street parking is allowed except Mon-Fri 11am-2pm; please check the sign.
