The apartment features a beautifully styled living area with two living rooms, a well-appointed full kitchen with a full fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, wine fridge, microwave, coffee maker (K-Cups), toaster, cookware, dishware, silverware, and wine glasses. The serene bedrooms are designed for rest and relaxation. The apartment also has a fenced yard with an outdoor dining table, outdoor seating furniture, and 2 ceiling fans. Free parking is available, and the unit may include a designated spot with additional parking nearby. Located in the heart of the exclusive and charming Pass-a-Grille area of St Pete Beach, this apartment offers a peaceful coastal atmosphere just steps from the Gulf. Enjoy scenic walks along the shoreline, stunning sunsets, and easy access to boutique shops, waterfront dining, and local cafés. Getting around Pass-a-Grille and St Pete Beach is effortless from this prime location. Many restaurants, cafés, and beach access points are just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy the area without a car. For exploring further, driving or rideshares like Uber and Lyft are convenient options. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the apartment, and cleaners reserve the right to charge a $250 penalty if smoking has taken place. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries), there is a $125 fee for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property, and a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. Please keep the thermostat set to “AUTO” mode and do not set the temperature lower than 71°F to prevent system issues. Toiletries, paper towels, toilet paper, and coffee are provided. Regular pest control treatment is in place. Beach chairs, umbrellas, or other beach essentials are not provided. Weekday daytime noise (Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM) is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations and other activities, which are unpredictable and beyond our control. [SI]
