This home features a fully stocked kitchen with elegant appliances, including a dishwasher and drip coffee maker. The living room boasts a large Smart TV, and there is a dedicated dining space. Outdoor amenities include seating and a propane grill. Beach gear and beach towels are provided for your convenience. Plenty of parking is available, with space for a boat and a 2-car maximum. Overnight parking for additional vehicles is not permitted. Pets are allowed with prior approval and a pet fee. No more than 2 dogs are permitted, and cats are not allowed. Lost keys incur a $150 fee and potential lock change costs. Conveniently located close to shops, restaurants, and the AMI trolley stop, this cottage provides easy access to experience everything the island has to offer.
