Featuring 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a fully equipped chef’s kitchen, this home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. This home oozes timeless charm from its fully equipped kitchen to its delightfully designed bedrooms. With thoughtful touches throughout the house, this place is primed for entertaining with an open-concept layout and a pool table that will whisk you into vacation mode. The kitchen is modern, charming, and functional, with ample countertops and a kitchen island, perfect for unleashing your inner chef. It includes stainless steel appliances such as a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave, along with all basic cooking essentials. The dedicated dining area is designed for sit-down meals, featuring a dining table with seat settings for 8 and decorative artwork for a restaurant-like environment. The living room is packed with entertaining elements, including an oversized U-shaped sectional, a large wall-mounted TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a pool table. Free parking is available in the two-car garage, with additional street parking if needed. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than 6 guests, with a $29/night fee for each extra guest. Welcome to Houston! Known for its tasty Tex-Mex and contributions to space and science, Houston packs a punch with plenty of southern charm. While you’re here, be sure to check out the culinary scene. Residents in Houston eat out more times a week than any other city in America. Nearby attractions include The Houston Museum of Natural Science, a 7-minute drive away, and Minute Maid Park, also a 7-minute drive, along with exciting neighborhoods such as Midtown, Washington Avenue, and Montrose for great restaurants and lively bars. We do not allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings at our property. Only registered guests are allowed. A noise alert device is installed to monitor reasonable noise levels, ensuring compliance with local noise ordinances. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. Pets should be discussed in advance, and we only allow house-trained pets, asking that they stay off beds and furniture. Pet cleaning fees apply. A full disclosure policy for the number of people on the property is in place, with security camera verification to comply with local laws. Rest assured, no cameras are in any inside private areas, respecting the privacy of our guests. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance.
