With 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a fully equipped chef’s kitchen, this home sleeps up to 8 guests. Welcome to your home away from home. This vacation home oozes timeless charm from its fully equipped kitchen to its delightfully designed bedrooms. With thoughtful touches throughout the house, this place is primed for fun entertaining times with an open-concept layout and a pool table that will whisk you into vacation mode. The kitchen is modern, charming, and functional, with ample countertops and a kitchen island, perfect for unleashing your inner chef. Whether you’re looking to whip up some morning biscuits or simply unpack the take-out, this kitchen is sure to win you over. Free parking is available to all guests in the two-car garage. If additional space is required, feel free to park on the streets as well. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than 6 guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest. Welcome to Houston, known for its tasty Tex-Mex and contributions to space and science, packing a punch with plenty of southern charm. While you’re here, be sure to check out the culinary scene. Residents in Houston eat out more times a week than any other city in America. Nearby attractions include The Houston Museum of Natural Science, Houston Zoo, and Minute Maid Park, all within a short drive. Exciting neighborhoods such as Midtown, Washington Avenue, and Montrose offer great restaurants and lively bars. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. No parties or events are allowed. Pet arrangements should be discussed in advance, and only house-trained pets are allowed. Pet cleaning fees apply. There is a full disclosure policy for the number of people on the property at any time with security camera verification to comply with local laws. Rest assured, there are no cameras in any inside private areas. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance. Includes high-speed Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. A laptop computer is not included.
