We welcome up to 2 pets, each under 35 lbs, with a fee of $15 per night for 1 pet or $25 per night for 2 pets, each capped at $195 and $295 per stay, respectively. A one-time $49 fee applies for 1 large pet over 35 lbs, and $95 for 2 large pets, in addition to the standard pet fee. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this time, guests must keep noise to a minimum, including avoiding loud conversations, TV, music, or activity that may disturb neighbors. Bluetooth speakers, sound systems, and amplified music are prohibited at all times throughout the unit, hallways, and outdoor areas. This property is equipped with Minut noise monitoring devices and exterior security cameras. If noise levels exceed 80 decibels for more than 10 consecutive minutes, guests will be fined $2,500, removed from the property immediately, and their reservation will be canceled without refund. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises, including inside the unit, on balconies or patios, and in shared or public spaces. The unit is equipped with active smoke detectors. If a detector is tampered with, disabled, or triggered due to smoking, guests will be fined $2,500 and removed from the property immediately without refund. We have zero tolerance for tampering with any in-unit devices, including smoke detectors, Wi-Fi routers, noise monitors, or security equipment. Bringing undisclosed pets into the unit may result in a minimum $500 fine and cancellation of your stay without refund. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash and recycling in the designated dumpsters. Trash must never be left outside the unit, including doorways, balconies, or patios. Any violation of this policy will result in a $500 fine. Any violation of our core rules — including but not limited to unauthorized guests, excessive noise, smoking, tampering with devices, or disruptive behavior — will result in immediate removal from the property and non-refundable cancellation of your reservation.
