The well-equipped kitchen features updated appliances, including a microwave and coffee maker, and comes complete with plenty of utensils, plates, bowls, and glassware. Enjoy meals at the lovely 4-person dining table that opens up to the inviting living room, where large glass patio doors provide a view of the outdoors. Public parking is available with an enforcement period from March 1 to October 31, 9 AM to 8 PM, at rates of $5 per hour or $25 per day. Payment can be made via pay stations or the ParkMobile app. Various metered spots and lots are available, including Alabama Lot, Canal Drive Lot, and North Pier Lot. Private parking is also available around the boardwalk area, typically charging a flat fee ranging from $25 to $60 per day. Town parking passes are not accepted in these private lots. Close to everything you'll need for an awesome Carolina Beach stay, this home is near restaurants like Nollie's Taco Joint, Seawitch Cafe, and The Dive. Groceries and snacks are available at Publix, Dollar General, and Food Lion. For breakfast, visit Kate's Pancake House or Havana's. Adult fun can be found at The Dive, Good Hops Brewing, and The Seawitch. Fort Fisher Civil War Historic Site and the NC State Aquarium are a very short drive away, and the famous Carolina Beach boardwalk is just a few minutes' walk. The US North Carolina Battleship, the Downtown Wilmington Riverwalk, and nightlife are 15 minutes away. The unit is located three floors above ground level and is accessible by stairs only, as there is no elevator in the property. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability with a $25 per hour fee. Smoking is not allowed, and there is an outdoor spicket provided to avoid shower clogs from sand. Pets are not allowed, and there is no daily housekeeping service. While linens are included, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Please bring your own beach towels, as they are not provided.
