Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am; early check-in and late check-out requests will result in additional fees. Due to the tropical climate, you may encounter tropical insects, amphibians, and fish; the space is treated regularly for pests. Swimming in the bay carries risks due to aquatic species. Guests are expected to adhere to quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am, and any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction. Guests agree to pay a $50 fine if not checked out by the specified check-out time. Approved late check-outs will incur a $25 fee for each extended hour.
