There is a private pool and a propane grill for BBQ by the water. The first bedroom has 2 twin bunk beds, bean bag seating, and a TV. The second bedroom has a twin daybed and trundle, dresser, and smart TV. The third bedroom has a queen bed, closet, dresser, and smart TV. The spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed, daybed with trundle, closet, dresser, and smart TV, as well as an attached full en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combo. There are two full bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and one with a shower/tub combo, as well as a washer and dryer. Pool heat is available for $30 per day and the home is pet-friendly for 1 dog with a $150 nonrefundable pet fee. The home is only a few minutes' walk to the beach, with direct access from the street, and less than a 10-minute drive to St. Augustine historic district. One dog under 50 lbs is permitted for each stay; guests are responsible for any damages caused by the pet during their stay, and additional charges will apply if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of.
