Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi and a smart TV for streaming or entertainment. Lush towels and premium linens are provided for a boutique hotel feel. Relax on the newly updated exterior and private deck, ideal for your morning coffee or evening wind-down. Guest laundry machines are available on-site and operated through the ShinePay app. Parking is limited at the property and must be arranged in advance for $30 per day. Payment must be made prior to check-in and is not guaranteed. A $100 non-refundable fee per pet is required to cover the additional cost of cleaning. The apartment is also just 15 minutes from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, 10 minutes to Port Everglades, and 5 minutes to Las Olas Boulevard. Guests must send a photo of a valid ID that matches the name on the reservation before receiving check-in instructions and full names (legal first and last names) guests must be provided upon booking. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced per city ordinance. Only standard-size personal vehicles are permitted, and no trailers, boats, vessels, recreational vehicles (including RV’s, campers, mobile homes, 4 wheelers, etc.), buses, box trucks, oversize, or commercial vehicles are allowed—$ 500 fine for violation, which may result in immediate cancelation of the reservation without a refund.
