Occupancy limits are strictly enforced per city ordinance, and full legal names of guests must be provided upon booking. One parking spot per reservation is allowed in the driveway for standard-size personal vehicles only; no trailers, boats, recreational vehicles, buses, box trucks, oversize, or commercial vehicles are permitted, and there is a $500 fine for violation. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed, and any guest found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund, and there is a $500 fine for violation. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM, and any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine.
