This is a non-smoking home, and smoking will result in a $1000 fine plus smoke remediation costs. The cottage is climate controlled, and windows should not be opened as they are antique. For bookings longer than one week, the cottage may be accessed to ensure everything is fully functioning, with scheduling coordinated with guests. The cottage is designed for a maximum of six guests. Trash day is Thursday morning, and guests staying over Wednesday night should bring the trash bin to the curb. Exterior cameras may be present for security purposes. Interaction with the owners is only upon guest request, with trusted management ready to assist if needed.
