Early check-in is available for a fee of $45 if the check-in time is between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM, subject to availability. One parking spot is available on the premises in a shared two-car garage, but large pickups or SUVs may have difficulty fitting. Additional cars can use on-street parking. The entire Savannah Historic District spans only 2.1 square miles, making it incredibly convenient for walkable access to anywhere. This home is situated in the Savannah Historic District South, known for its beautiful historic homes, churches, park squares, old oak trees draped in Spanish moss, and attractions like the Cathedral Basilica of St. John the Baptist, Colonial Park Cemetery, and Forsyth Park. Guests must acknowledge and accept all house rules before booking. This is a quiet family neighborhood, and outdoor noise should be minimized between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited, with a $200 fee if evidence is found. The fireplace is not operational for guest use. The property requires identity verification for all guests aged 18 years or older. There are two exterior security cameras for security purposes. Guests use the hot tub at their own risk, and additional safety rules are posted near it. Please do not move any furniture or decorations within the premises. Only one set of towels per person is provided, and guests are responsible for refilling any essentials once the starter pack is depleted.
