The P1 Parking Garage, located on the ground floor of the building, offers paid hourly parking. The first hour is free, then parking is $1 per hour from 8 AM – 6 PM, Monday through Friday. Parking is free on weekends and after 6 PM on weekdays. The parking garage operates independently and guests are responsible for following all posted garage policies and payment requirements. Just steps from the Clark Fork River and a short stroll to cafes, shops, and parks, this space offers unbeatable walkability with a Walkscore of 94. Key attractions like the Clark Fork River & Riverfront Trail, Caras Park & the Carousel, and The Wilma Theater are all under a 10-minute walk.
