The P1 Parking Garage (located on the ground floor of the building) offers paid hourly parking. The first hour is free, then parking is $1 per hour from 8 AM – 6 PM, Monday through Friday. Parking is free on weekends and after 6 PM on weekdays. Surrounded by parks, riverfront trails, and local hotspots, you'll have everything Missoula offers right outside your door.
