Parking space is available on the street at the meters or at any nearby parking garage. Early check-in is available for a fee of $25 if the check-in time is between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to the availability of the property, the cleaning schedule, and whether there is a guest checking out on the same day as your arrival. This is a quiet family neighborhood, so please refrain from outdoor noise from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No parties or events are allowed. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed, and a $200 fee will be charged if evidence is found in the home. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed. The property requires identity verification on all guests age 18 years or older and a completed profile. For awareness, this house is located on the 2nd floor and has 1 exterior security camera by the front door for security purposes. Please remember that all guests are using the hot tub at their own risk, and additional hot tub safety rules will be posted near the hot tub. Please do not move any furniture or decorations within the premises. We provide a starter pack of essentials, and if you run out, it's your responsibility to refill them for yourself.
