A kitchenette, dining, and living room area is adjacent to the bedroom, complete with a table, chairs, TV, couch, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, sink, and refrigerator. The suite includes a full bathroom with a washer and dryer, and the entire space is on the same level as the entrance, except for the bathroom, which is one step up. The shower is compact, measuring 30” x 30”. In this space, you have parking at your own private entrance and an outdoor patio with a table, chairs, and couch. The bedroom holds one queen bed and one twin bed. The suite contains a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee set-up, a table and chairs, a kitchen sink, a prep counter, a dishwasher, and a multi-oven on the counter. High windows in the entryway and a large window with a French door in the oversized bedroom provide natural light, with the glass having a blur coating for privacy. The whole bedroom is a “room in a room” acoustic space with curved panels on the ceiling, sound-absorbing panels, and no parallel walls, offering stunning professional sound quality. An electric guitar and amp are available, but please bring your own instrument, excluding drums or bass. There is a queen airbed in the closet if needed. The space is close to everything, including Starbucks, the train, and historic sites. It offers easy parking and is very quiet and private inside. This is a private suite with no shared areas. Park in the driveway and walk right into your room. The TV offers streaming services only, with no cable. Do not go into the backyard through the gate or glass doors as that is the owner’s private space. No illegal activity is permitted in this location or over the provided Wi-Fi and internet. Use courtesy with neighbors and do not have a loud presence outside the unit. Only park in the designated spot. If you need an additional spot for a second car or guest, park at the end of the street in commuter rail parking. Be respectful of all passersby and neighbors. Heat and AC can be controlled using the white remote, choosing the SUN icon for heat or the SNOWFLAKE for AC, and setting the desired temperature. Choose fan AUTO to let the machine attain this temperature, and click ON while pointing the remote at the wall unit to start the system.
