The chef's kitchen is equipped with a Keurig coffee maker (pods and drip), Ninja air fryer, blender, and toaster, complemented by banquette dining for 6-7. For convenience, there are two washers and two dryers. Entertainment for every age is provided, rain or shine. This property features a cocktail pool, which can be heated for an additional fee of $50 per day, with at least 24-48 hours' notice required. The turfed yard is perfect for games and kids, and includes cornhole, an outdoor lounge and game area, multiple covered patios with dining, and a grill for BBQ nights. Pets are welcome for a one-time fee of $150 per pet, payable before check-in. Any pet urine stains will incur a $250 fee plus the cost of damages, and any additional damage by animals will be charged at full replacement cost.
