This newly remodeled home features 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. This sprawling home boasts a massive, fully outfitted kitchen with ample counter space, a Keurig coffee station with pod and drip options, Ninja double-basket air fryer, toaster, blender, and electric oven and range. Right off the kitchen is a cozy banquette-style dining area for six or seven. The main living room features a huge sectional, extra seating, and a 65” Smart TV. There are also two full sets of washers and dryers. The back game room and second living space features a second 65” Smart TV, an eat-up bar with stadium seating for three, additional dining for four, four comfy lounge chairs, a foosball table, dart board, massive checkers board, and board games. Pool heat is available upon request for an additional $50 per day. Located just 1.5 miles to Legends Event Center, 1.6 miles to Texas A&M, and a quick 7-minute drive to Kyle Field, this location puts you close to all the action. Out back, you’ll find an entertainer’s paradise with a fully turfed yard, a cocktail pool that can be heated, a gaming area with cornhole, multiple covered patios, and a grill. Guests must be over 25 to rent this home. Pets are welcome but for a $150 one time fee per pet. Dogs must be potty trained and house broken. Any pet urine stains found from any animal will result in a $250 fee being assessed plus the cost of any damages. Any additional damage done to the house by any animal will be charged full replacement cost. Any holes dug by dogs must be filled in or repaired prior to check out or a $150 will be assessed. No candles, glitter, confetti, or plug in air fresheners are allowed. No tape or anything sticky is permitted on the walls or any part of the home. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. Events are only allowed if approved, a contract is to be signed and a minimum $250 fee will be assessed on top of booking amount. An additional deposit will be required paid directly to owner of $500. Guests will be required to clean any trash and return the property back into the condition it was delivered. A $150 fee will be assessed is excess trash is left. Lights in the outdoor area must be turned off by 11PM at night as to not disturb the neighbors. Please do not use our white washcloths or towels to remove your makeup. Please use the plain black towels or the black towels with “makeup” written on them. Any ruined towels will be charged to the guests ($10) to replace. If the pool requires draining and refilling due to improper use or excessive contamination during your stay, a maintenance fee of $1000 will be charged. For liability and security purposes, there are external cameras on the main house facing the front door, pool and side of the home. There are no inside cameras.
