Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay. The heated pool fee is $100 per night and must be heated for the entirety of your stay with at least a 3-day notice before your arrival. Parking is available in the driveway for a maximum of 4 cars. Located in a peaceful and friendly Largo neighborhood, this home offers quiet streets, well-kept homes, and a warm community atmosphere. You’re just a short drive from Indian Rocks Beach, Clearwater Beach, and other pristine shores along the Gulf Coast. Nearby attractions include Florida Botanical Gardens, Heritage Village and Historical Museum, Eagle Lake Park, Largo Central Park, and Fred Marquis Pinellas Trail. Local restaurants such as Roosterfish Grill, Savory Restaurant, The Coffee Mill, and Pizza Shack Italian Grille are also nearby. No parties are allowed, and violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. An exterior camera is installed solely to monitor the cleaning team for quality and security purposes. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property. We kindly ask that your dog is crate trained and that you pick up after your dog.
