This beautifully furnished unit offers stunning Gulf views from its private balcony, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. This immaculate condo boasts beautiful tile floors throughout the open living area, complete with a roomy sectional and a large smart Roku television. The kitchen is a dream for food lovers, featuring stainless steel appliances, a stylish two-seater island, a modern Keurig coffee maker with K-cups, sugar, and creamer, a pearl-like backsplash, and gorgeous granite countertops. The modern and sleek bathroom includes a shower and bathtub, and modern shelving for easy towel access. The cozy bedroom has a cottage-like feel with a shabby chic design, featuring a comfy queen-size bed, a stylish bed frame, a sizable closet with hangers, and a spacious dresser. A designated parking space is located right under the condo. Guests have access to a shared laundry room on the property with coin-operated machines and a folding table, and a shared BBQ area for outdoor cooking. This condo is just steps away from the beach access boardwalk and within walking distance to restaurants and more. It's a short walk from the Fort Walton Beach convention center and the Okaloosa Island pier. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, full of locals, and tucked between the intercoastal Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf of Mexico. The beach is a 2-minute walk following the boardwalk across the street, directly connecting to the Gulf of Mexico's beautiful sugar-white warm sandy beach and the intercostal waterway near the Brooks Bridge. The Santa Rosa Sound is also a minute or two away, connected to the boardwalk. Okaloosa Island is known for less crowded beaches and is about 10-15 minutes from Destin depending on traffic. Noise policy is in effect between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Recreational facilities and the laundry room may not be used during quiet hours. Guests shall remove shoes when inside the home. Guests agree to pay a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. No pets are allowed except with prior written authorization of the host. A $100 pet fee will be applied once pets are approved. Guests who bring a pet without approval will be charged a $300 pet fee and immediately evicted. No events or vendors are permitted. Guests agree to keep the property in the same condition throughout their stay and report any damage within 1 hour of occupancy. Host or Host's Agent may enter the property at any time in the event of an emergency, to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, and with 24 hours’ notice for normal maintenance. Host shall not be liable or responsible for personal items left behind, lost or stolen. Costs to replace any lost or damaged keys is $25 per key. Guests are asked to dispose of food in the available trash can; garbage disposal is for small food remnants only. Guests agree to be charged for a plumber’s time if the garbage disposal is damaged or clogged by guest. No eating of food in any bedroom. Guests shall not re-key or change out door locks/door hardware. Guests are to be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction. All items in the kitchen have been counted, and any item removed from premises will be charged to the guest. Guests are not to wash laundry belonging to the home in order to hide stains. Un-salvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest. Indoor and outdoor furniture is not to be re-arranged. An additional cleaning fee of double the cleaning cost can be charged if additional cleanup is required. Guests give permission to use a third-party to verify identity and check criminal databases. Guests must check their spam inbox for screening emails. Guests must use rails when using stairs, no running, or horseplay, children will need to be accompanied when using stairs, if there are any hazards please report them before using stairs. The yards are on a maintenance schedule however, there can be hazards like glass, cacti, sand spurs, construction debris, etc placed that has not been acknowledged. Please wear shoes and watch where you step. Please check yard for pets. We do not child-proof any of our units. It's the parents responsibility to child-proof anything that may cause harm to your child. Guest agrees to pay any damage made by guests or their visitors to the property and property furnishings, fixtures, or furniture. Host, or Host's Agent may enter the Property at any time, with no prior notice, in the event of an emergency, to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, and with 24 hours’ notice for normal maintenance. Host shall not be liable to Guest, its guests or invitees or any other person for any injury, loss or damage to any person or property on or about the Property. Guest shall hold Host harmless and indemnify Host from and against all loss, injury or damage occasioned by the use or misuse or abuse of any part of the Property and from or against any omission, neglect, or default of Guests, or invitees. Guest agrees to pay any documented loss of host income created by Guest violating house rules. Costs to replace any lost or damaged keys is $25 per key. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction of all guests from Property. No refund will be given for the unused portion of the guests stay. All items in kitchen including silverware, pots/pans, spices, flatware, etc. have been counted, and any item removed from premises will be charged to the guest.
