This unit offers a peaceful retreat with no noisy neighbors above. This newly renovated condo features a king-size bed and a comfortable living area with a large smart TV and a plush sectional sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishware, silverware, and a Keurig coffee maker with extra pods provided. For your convenience, an in-unit washer/dryer is available, along with great closet organization, hangers, and an extra single bed. The bathroom includes a tub/shower and comes stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Beach chairs are also provided for your use. Assigned covered parking is available for one vehicle in the carport under the building, and additional unassigned spots are available. A shared outdoor grill area is also available for guests. Conveniently located on Okaloosa Island, this condo is a short walk from the pristine white sands and crystal-clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. You'll be close to local attractions including the pier, conference center, restaurants, and putt-putt golf. The neighborhood is peaceful and family-friendly, with several local restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance. The nearest public beach access is just 0.3 miles away. Check-in is contactless via a 4-digit access code, granting access at the start of your reservation. Check-out time is 10 am, and a $50 fine will be charged for late check-outs. Late check-out requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability, with a $25 fee per extended hour if approved. There is no smoking allowed in the unit or on the balcony; a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee will be charged if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. Pets are not allowed at this property. Guests must be 18 years of age or older at the time of booking. Guests are required to remove shoes when inside the home. Hanging beach towels, swimsuits, or clothing over balcony railings is strictly prohibited. Guests are responsible for child-proofing the unit.
