Pets are welcome with a $100 pet fee per approved pet, and guests who bring unapproved pets will be charged a $300 pet fee and evicted. Guests are responsible for any damage to furnishings or property. Smoking is prohibited, and a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee will be charged if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. Guests must be 18 years of age or older to book. Hanging beach towels, swimsuits, or clothing over balcony, deck, or patio railings is strictly prohibited.
