The bathroom includes a shower, and a Samsung washer and dryer set is available for your use. The home is equipped with a premium RainSoft whole-house water filtration system for purified water. An EV charger is available in a designated parking space, with usage requiring payment. Parking is first-come, first-served. Tesla Superchargers are available in Destin, and free EV chargers are located near The Gulf restaurant. It's a 10-15 minute drive to Destin, and is situated near restaurants, bars, and the Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am. Early check-in may be available for a $50 fee, and late check-out may be available for a $25 fee per extended hour. This is a non-smoking property, and a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee will be charged if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. No pets are allowed. No events or vendors are permitted.
