Enjoy elevated outdoor living on the private rooftop deck with seating and views of the boardwalk and Santa Rosa Sound. An on-site EV charger is available for use, with usage requiring payment. Parking is available off Bream Ave via a 100-foot boardwalk. Beach towels are not provided. Conveniently located along the scenic boardwalk to Beach Access One, this bungalow is just a 3-minute walk from the Gulf of Mexico and a 2-minute stroll to Stewby's Seafood. The area is ideal for water sports enthusiasts, with paddleboarding and kayaking opportunities on Santa Rosa Sound. This is a minimalist beach getaway designed for simplicity and sunshine, with very limited storage and no closet or dresser. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside the property. Parties and large gatherings are not permitted. A maximum of 2 people are allowed to occupy the space. Check-in is available from 4 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM. The property is equipped with a smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, and a first aid kit. The original container doors serve as storm shutters. Guests are asked to recycle and conserve energy.
