Located on the Space Coast in Cape Canaveral, this home is just 20 minutes from the Kennedy Space Center and offers easy access to travel to Orlando. With the beach and rocket launches nearby, you won't find a better spot to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Very close to SR528 and SR520 intersections, you can quickly get anywhere you want to be. Uber and Lift are prevalent and efficient in the area as well. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. Guests must follow all local, state, and federal laws at all times. Be respectful of neighbors; no illegal activity or unauthorized commercial use of the property is allowed. There is no sub-leasing, and the maximum occupancy should not be exceeded without written approval. The stay is limited to the confirmed reservation dates only. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requires approval and may incur fees. The primary renter must be 18+ and provide a valid government photo ID matching the payment method. Unauthorized events, parties, or disruptive noise may result in immediate removal without refund. Park only in designated areas; extra vehicles require prior approval. Events or gatherings exceeding the approved guest count require written consent. Guests must keep the property clean and pest-free and report any pest issues immediately. Guests must cooperate with pest control efforts if needed. Use of amenities (grills, bikes, beach gear, kayaks, pools, hot tubs, etc.) is at the guest’s own risk. Children must be supervised at all times near pools or water; approved flotation devices are required for kayaking/paddleboarding. Management is not responsible for lost or stolen personal property or valuables. Items left behind after checkout will be held for 30 days, then donated or discarded. Guests are responsible for all damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, fines, and unauthorized fees. Accidental damage must be reported within 24 hours and before checkout to be considered under any damage waiver. Smoking, vaping, unauthorized pets, parties/events, or unreported damage are not covered by any damage waiver. Mailbox access is not available for guests. Strong Wi-Fi makes this home great for remote work. To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, an initial stock of paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, coffee pods, creamer, sugar, light cleaning supplies, garbage bags, sponges, dish soap, and dishwasher tabs are provided.
