Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Guests may park 1 car in the garage attached to the unit, with overflow parking available nearby on NE B Street. Please note that parking on the shared driveway is not permitted, and large trucks, SUVs, and vans will not fit in the garage or designated street parking. Our townhome is ideally situated within 2 blocks of Downtown Bentonville's entertainment district, 1 block from the renowned Blake Street House, and directly on the trailhead of the famous Slaughter Pen Trail. It backs up to Compton Gardens, a lush trail leading straight to Crystal Bridges. Within 1.5 miles, you can explore The Momentary, 8th Street Market, and more. With plenty of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and attractions nearby, everything is easily walkable. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid. Unauthorized parties or events will result in a $1000 fine. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking will incur a $1000 fine plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
